Mama needs a new biography. You can write it and win dinner at the diner!
THIS CONTEST HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO JANUARY 31, 2010!
Turns out that over the years, she's made up a lot about her somewhat sordid past. We need to set the record straight. So, Mama is having a contest to give YOU the chance to win dinner at the diner! A second place prize of a Mama Dolores t-shirt will also be awarded.
Contest Rules:

Entries must be funny and should be between 500 and 1,000 words in length. The current bio is 495 words long, but we'd like it to be a little longer. Oh, and keep it relatively clean... this is a family website!

The exact date and year of Mama's birth is unknown, but according to various scholars (or possibly archaeologists ?!?!?) the location was almost certainly Wisconsin - not the Canadian Arctic.

Many journeys and adventures took her to Kansas City prior to moving to Puerto Vallarta, but her travel routes and dates remain in question. So use your imagination! ALSO: Photos clearly show that Mama underwent some kind of radical and very extensive image-augmentation plastic surgery in the summer of 2008. So, although this is not a requirement for entries, try to explain why this might have occured.

With your entry, you must include the following:
Your name, phone number (include area code and country) and email address; and Your own bio (as real or unreal as you need it to be in less than 50 words) and a photograph which will be posted at the bottom of her new bio here on the website.

We prefer that you email digital files as entries (text documents such as WordPad, Notepad, Word or email are perfectly fine), but you may also drop off typed entries on paper at the diner. Paper entries will, however, force Mama to have to re-type your entire story (which will likely annoy her to no end), so you'll frankly stand a better chance of winning if you email her a text document. And best to not do a whole bunch of formatting ... try to avoid bolds, italics, different colors. Just PLAIN TEXT is best.
